About The Position

The Financial Analyst serves as a member of the Finance and Transaction and Leasing Team, playing a critical role in driving excellence. The analyst will support Fidelity’s Real Estate and Workplace Experience organization, supporting expense management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across a portfolio of properties. This role is responsible for providing clear financial insights, ensuring cost transparency, monitoring budget adherence, and supporting data-driven decision-making for real estate operations. Success in this role requires a strong analytical mindset, effective collaboration, independent thinking, and intellectual curiosity. The associate will support strategic insights to inform business strategy, support the execution of key initiatives, and help measure and evaluate business performance through ongoing reporting and analysis.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and strategic skills combined with solid business and financial acumen
• Excellent communications skills and demonstrated ability to influence senior business leaders
• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent
• 2 years of professional experience in Finance with a successful track record in financial modeling and analysis
• Proficiency in financial modeling and presentation tools (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
• Experience in PowerBI and Anaplan
• Flexible, self-motivated team player with a can-do attitude who brings energy, enthusiasm, and intellectual curiosity to the role
• Thrive in a fast-paced organization, prioritize well under pressure, and take ownership and accountability for your work
• Strong project management skills to drive simultaneous progress on multiple cross-functional teams and initiatives
• Strong analytical capabilities, excellent problem-solving skills, end-to-end thinking, and apply these skills universally to your work
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to analyze complex issues, synthesize key points, and effectively communicate information in a concise manner appropriate for executive business decision making
