About The Position

The Financial Analyst will join the Global Patriot PAD supporting the NSPA Patriot Ground program. As a member of the finance team, the role performs detailed financial analysis for monthly program management reviews, Estimate at Completion (EAC) development, financial planning and analysis, and cash collection processes. The analyst works closely with program leadership and cross-functional teams in support of complex international defense programs throughout various stages of the contract lifecycle. The position is hybrid, with regular work both onsite and offsite. The preferred candidate will live within commuting distance of Tewksbury, Massachusetts. Relocation assistance is not provided.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2 years of relevant finance experience.
Experience in program controls, project finance, or government contracting.
Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse (BW) reporting, Analysis for Office (AO), and/or similar financial systems and tools.
U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

Conduct quarterly EAC reviews for individual programs.
Perform monthly Earned Value Analysis and process Budget Change Requests (BCRs) as needed.
Create and own Interorganizational Transfers (IOTs).
Maintain financial responsibility for program efforts across the portfolio.
Complete various ad hoc exercises.
