About The Position

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic finance professional to support the Consumer Services business, including Care Packs, subscription offerings, and emerging services monetization initiatives. This role serves as a key finance partner to business leadership, providing financial guidance, business case development, performance management, planning, and decision support to drive profitable growth. The successful candidate will combine strong financial acumen with business partnership skills to influence decisions across pricing, profitability, customer support costs, subscriptions, and new business model development.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
5+ years of FP&A, business finance, or commercial finance experience.
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and business case development skills.
Experience supporting subscription, services, software, or recurring revenue businesses preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead financial management of Consumer Services P&Ls, including revenue, margin, operating profit, and key business drivers.
Monitor business performance against commitments and identify risks and opportunities.
Develop actionable recommendations to improve growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
Support executive reviews with clear business insights, financial analysis, and performance narratives.
Own Flash, Forecast, Budget, Quota, and Long-Term Planning (LTP) processes.
Build and maintain financial models supporting business planning and scenario analysis.
Drive forecast accuracy through robust data-driven analysis and partnership with business stakeholders.
Develop financial dashboards, reporting tools, and planning frameworks.
Partner with Category, Customer Support, Operations, and Market teams to improve profitability.
Lead analysis of pricing strategies, customer support costs, service economics, and cost optimization opportunities.
Develop business cases supporting investment and pricing decisions.
Evaluate financial impacts of product, service, and business model changes.
Build business cases and financial models for subscription services, services monetization, and emerging growth initiatives.
Assess unit economics, customer acquisition costs, profitability, and investment returns.
Support pilot programs and commercialization efforts through financial guidance and performance measurement.
Partner with cross-functional teams to operationalize approved initiatives.
Build strong relationships across Business, Category, Customer Support, Operations, Markets, HP Store, and Corporate Finance organizations.
Influence decisions through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
Support leadership discussions by translating complex financial information into clear business implications.
Strengthen financial processes, reporting frameworks, and governance.
Ensure audit-ready financial documentation and compliance with company policies.
Drive continuous improvement of planning, reporting, and analytical processes.
