The Financial Analyst, Global Sales Marketing Solution (GSMS) Finance is a strategic and analytical role to support the sales and marketing organization. This role serves as a key finance partner to sales and marketing leaders, leading planning, forecasting, reporting, and investment analysis. The ideal candidate brings strong financial expertise, and understanding of OPEX drivers, and the ability to improve financial transparency. This role owns end-to-end financial strategy, planning, and performance management for Office of the President (OOTP), translating business priorities into data-driven insights that inform investment decisions, resource allocation, and growth initiatives.

Requirements

1-3 years of relevant experience in finance, FP&A, corporate development, or business partnership roles
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis
Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights
Proactive, change-oriented mindset with the ability to drive continuous improvement and transformation
Highly collaborative with the ability to influence multiple internal partners to drive results in a matrixed environment
Results-oriented and resilient, with the ability to work under pressure, navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities
Strong attention to detail while maintaining a strategic, big-picture perspective
Systems and tools proficiency: TM1, Oracle, and Power BI required

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of SQL, Python, and other data analytics tools a plus

Responsibilities

Own and manage the Office of the President P&L in addition to supporting GSMS. Including global consolidation, performance tracking, and financial governance.
Serve as a supporting finance business partner to the President of Broadridge
Lead the monthly close, variance analysis, and executive-level reporting for Office of the President
Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, cost allocation, and investment decisions
Create strong collaboration and partnership across Finance, Controllership, and Office of the President to deliver financial insights, resource allocation guidance, and strategic ad-hoc analyses
Improve financial transparency through dashboards, reporting packages, and KPI development
Drive process improvements in planning, reporting, and financial governance for Office of the President spend
Support ad-hoc analysis for senior leadership, including scenario modeling, cost optimization opportunities, and long-range planning
