About The Position

This role serves as a key resource to the ProCare business, providing financial insight and support that helps leaders understand performance, plan for the future, and make informed business decisions. You will play an important role in the month-end close, budgeting and forecasting processes while partnering closely with Marketing, Selling and G&A leaders to analyze results, identify trends and opportunities, and drive accountability to financial and operational objectives. This hybrid role can be based out of our San Jose, CA or Flower Mound, TX offices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience

• CPA
• Minimum 1 year of public accounting experience

Responsibilities

• Key contributor to the month-end close process, including preparation of Journal Entries, consolidation of Financial Statements, and detailed variance analysis of general ledger accounts
• Support ProCare BU’s Marketing, Selling and G&A departments as the primary finance partner
• Provide explanations between budgeted and projected expenses vs. actual results, direct manager’s attention to opportunities for corrective action
• Partner with functional leaders to created annual budgets and quarterly projections, provide analysis on commentary on variances
• Gather and analyze fee-per-case volume data, prepare and reconcile monthly customer billings, and monitor compliance metrics to ensure accuracy and adherence to contractual requirements
• Assist in the development of key performance objectives and drive alignment with business partners
