The Capital Solutions Group, comprising over 170 professionals globally, offers tailored financing alternatives and strategic financial advice. The General Partner Advisory ("GPA") team is a focused, senior-led unit within Houlihan Lokey's advisory platform, advising founders and managing partners of private equity, private credit, real estate, and infrastructure firms on critical firm-level decisions, specifically the sale of minority stakes in their management companies. These are private, competitive sell-side processes. GPA operates as a lean team, offering direct interaction with global leaders on every deal.
