Financial Analyst

About The Position
The Financial Analyst provides financial analysis on existing and proposed programs, prepares return-on-investment (ROI) calculations for capital projects, assists with the annual operating budget, prepares government cost reports, and completes other assigned projects. The role is part of the Finance Department career ladder, which offers expanded responsibilities and salary growth as skills develop.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- One or more years of accounting and/or finance experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain accuracy.
- Ability to prepare financial analyses and ROI summaries.
- Ability to support budget preparation and cost reporting.
Nice To Haves
- Healthcare experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft products.
