About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst. This role will support financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis to help drive informed decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of relevant finance experience, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insights. This individual should be comfortable working in a lean, fast-paced environment and capable of managing responsibilities with a high degree of ownership and autonomy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in finance, FP&A, accounting, or business analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas, and data analysis
• Demonstrated experience working with large datasets and building financial models
• Hands-on experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience presenting financial insights or recommendations to senior leadership
• Familiarity with financial reporting tools, dashboards, or business intelligence platforms

Responsibilities

• Prepare recurring financial reports, dashboards, and performance analyses
• Assist with annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
• Analyze financial results and identify key variances, trends, and risks
• Build and maintain financial models to support business planning and strategic initiatives
• Monitor operating expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings or improved efficiency
• Partner cross-functionally with leadership and department managers to support decision-making
• Prepare ad hoc reporting and analysis as business needs arise
• Help improve financial reporting processes, controls, and operational efficiencies
