About The Position

Quanta Power Solutions is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support FP&A activities across its growing EPC portfolio. The role partners with accounting, project controls, and departmental leadership to turn project and business data into insights that support decision-making. The position reports to the Director of Finance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in FP&A, project finance, accounting, or a related field.
Exposure to project-based financial reporting and percentage-of-completion revenue recognition.
Familiarity with monthly reporting processes such as closing and forecasting activities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Analyze operating results and prepare variance analysis to inform business and operational decisions.
Assist with monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and financial reporting processes.
Develop and maintain financial models, reports, and dashboards.
Partner with department leaders to monitor financial performance and identify risks or trends.
Assist in preparing presentations and reporting materials for leadership.
Help improve reporting processes, tools, and data accuracy across the organization.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and financial controls.
