About The Position

The Financial Analyst will join ASSA ABLOY’s Americas Corporate Finance team in New Haven, Connecticut, in an on-site role. The position offers hands-on experience across reporting, forecasting, financial close, and analysis, with exposure to corporate finance and collaboration with finance, accounting, and business teams in a global organization.

The analyst will explain performance variances, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver insights through financial reports, dashboards, Excel reporting, and management presentations. The role also supports close, budgets, forecasts, and intercompany activities, and contributes to process improvements, automation, acquisition integration, and ad hoc analysis. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on finance experience across financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, or month-end close.
• Excel experience using pivot tables, lookups, and formulas to analyze financial data.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with OneStream reporting or OneStream queries in Excel.
• GAAP experience.
• Exposure to IFRS.
• Experience with ERP and reporting platforms.
