About The Position

The Celestica Finance Graduate Development Program (FGDP) is a 36-month program designed for candidates aspiring to be finance and accounting leaders. Graduates will complete three one-year rotations within dynamic areas of Finance, such as Financial Reporting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Site Operations, and Internal Audit. This program offers a unique opportunity to start a career with Celestica and accelerate leadership development. The FGDP program will provide exposure to unique, challenging, and constantly evolving roles critical to the global business. Each rotation will vary in scope, allowing participants to showcase their talents to a broad range of colleagues and executives, while gaining the experience necessary to thrive in senior finance roles. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in professional development programs and networking events, supported by a dedicated program manager, peer partner, and executive mentor. Upon completion of the rotations, individuals will build their careers within Celestica in areas where their capabilities can be best leveraged for organizational impact and personal career interest.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Economics
• Minimum 3.3 GPA on a 4.0 scale (B+) (Transcript required)
• Interest in a Finance career
• Interest in pursuing CPA, CFA, or similar designation
• Experienced in Excel and building financial models
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven leadership skills
• Ability and willingness to be proactive, take initiative, drive change and provide solutions
• Strong team player with impeccable work ethic
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
• Graduating with Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Economics in Spring 2027.
• Successful completion of a security assessment by Celestica and/or its authorized agents, per the Controlled Goods Regulations.
