Requirements

• Strong foundation in financial analysis and budgeting processes.

• Ability to manage the 5-year Capital Improvement Program Budget and compile data into master budget spreadsheets.
• Familiarity with grant management, including preparing reimbursements and maintaining records.
• Ability to effectively review budget submissions for completeness and compliance.
• Attention to detail in monitoring banking services, balancing accounts, and resolving discrepancies.
• Strong analytical skills for calculating property tax invoices, tracking investments, and preparing compliance reports.
• Experience with reporting and record-keeping, particularly for audits and financial disclosures.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
