About The Position

We are looking for a Financial Analyst/Senior Financial Analyst responsible for financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, data analysis, reporting, month-end close support and variance analysis. This position ensures data integrity and presents actionable financial insights to senior management to optimize performance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics required
Minimum two (2) years of progressive experience in finance, budgeting, or accounting roles, preferably in healthcare or hospital settings.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (modeling, macros, complex formulas) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
Strong ability to analyze large datasets and translate them into actionable business insights.
Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and leadership.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Nice To Haves

MBA or certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and improve complex financial models and projections to forecast future performance.
Assist in annual budget preparation and conduct monthly/quarterly variance analysis, explaining differences between actual results and forecasts.
Prepare comprehensive financial reports for senior leadership to drive strategic decisions and identify opportunities for optimization.
Develop, track, and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate company financial health.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial processes and systems.
Partner with departments across the company to gather data and provide financial insights.
Identify potential financial risks and recommend strategies to minimize them.
Run reports for month end and year-to-date as needed.
Assist in quarterly audits by preparing assigned reports or providing documentation as directed by the CFO.
