Financial Analyst/Senior Financial Analyst

The Analyst / Senior Analyst will transform leasing, occupancy, and development data into actionable analysis and reporting that supports executive decision-making. This position offers a strong opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys working at the intersection of data, reporting, and business insight. The role includes ownership of recurring executive and investor deliverables, ad hoc portfolio analysis, and collaboration with teams across the company to help explain what is happening in the business. It is well suited for someone who is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting, economics, or a related field
- Experience or exposure to corporate financial analysis, reporting, or accounting required
- Understanding of real estate fundamentals
- Familiarity with commercial leases and related financial terms
- Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
