The Opportunity Our sales engine runs on clean data, fair commissions, and clear insight into what is actually working. That is where you come in. As our Financial Analyst, Sales Performance and Compensation, you will own the numbers behind every payout and pipeline conversation, partnering with sales leaders to turn raw CRM data into decisions that move the business forward. This is a hybrid role by design (about 60% commission execution, 40% performance analytics), giving you both the rhythm of recurring close cycles and the variety of strategic deep dives.
