About The Position

A global life sciences company is seeking a Financial Analyst III to support financial planning, reporting, and operational analysis for a fast-paced, data-driven organization. This role involves partnering cross-functionally to deliver insights that drive sound business decisions, improve operational efficiency, and support strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large, complex datasets while effectively communicating findings to stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics.
• 2 + years of experience performing as a Financial Analyst supporting a large complex organization
• Experience supporting month-end close, executing journal entries, account reconciliations, variance analysis
• Strong accounting knowledge, GAAP
• Proficiency in financial analysis, Excel, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SAP, Oracle, SmartView, and SQL.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Life Science or Manufacturing industry experience preferred
• Experience with financial modeling and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).
• Familiarity with advanced financial systems and tools such as Hyperion.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Ability to present financial insights and recommendations to leadership.
