About The Position

This is a temporary position with the Agency Office of State Human Resources Division Temporary Solutions. The role is classified as Financial Analyst II (S) and is assigned Position Number Grade NC15. The agency's mission is to provide a solid Human Resource management foundation, responsible oversight, and creative solutions through a collaborative approach with all stakeholders to maximize the potential of its employees. This temporary position is located at 1915 Health Services Way in Wake County with the Department of Health and Human Services - Mental Health.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, banking, finance, business administration, economics, or related discipline from an accredited institution and 1 year of directly related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • The temporary Consultant will assist the allocations and budget teams with processing all Rural Health Transformation Project (RHTP) allocation letters for the division, as well as creating the budgets.
  • Perform all related activities in support of processing, tracking and reporting RHTP requirements.
  • Complete IBIS and NCFS trainings.
  • Learn how to maneuver through the DHHS - Mental Health processes.
  • Assists with any other duties as assigned by the Chief Budget Officer and Business Allocations Manager.
