About The Position

The Financial Analyst II provides program financial support to the program team. The role supports management in preparing and administering financial data requirements, including the Annual Operating Plan and Estimate at Complete, as well as projects assigned by the Manager. The analyst partners with operational leadership and program support departments on financial matters, invoicing, receivables, and contractual requirements.

Requirements

• Experience executing financial management and reporting functions, including planning, tracking, analyzing, and reporting on TO financials such as accumulated costs, funds expended, projected costs, program actuals, and burn rates.
• Experience supporting program financial goals and objectives under a Finance Manager, establishing and maintaining cost/schedule baselines and WBSs, and analyzing progress against a program baseline.
• Experience supporting working capital activities, including invoicing for unbilled costs, accruals, on-hold costs, and cost backup, as well as program revenue projections and variance support.
• Experience supporting financial deliverables, including MSR and InSITE financial data updates.
• Experience supporting development of ROMs/BOMs for TDPs.
• Secret clearance.
• Education and experience: 2 or more years of experience with a bachelor's degree; 1 or more years with a master's degree; 4 or more years with an associate degree; or 6 or more years with no degree.

Responsibilities

• Plan, track, analyze, and report on task order (TO) financials, including accumulated costs, funds expended, projected costs, program actuals, and burn rates.
• Work under the Finance Manager’s supervision to support program financial goals and objectives.
• Help establish and maintain cost and schedule baselines and work breakdown structures (WBSs), and analyze progress against the program baseline.
• Support working capital activities, including invoicing for unbilled costs, accruals, on-hold costs, and cost backup.
• Provide program financial revenue projection and variance support.
• Support financial deliverables, including MSR and InSITE financial data updates.
• Support development of ROMs/BOMs for TDPs.
