With offices across North America, we combine the personalized service model of a local consultant with the global resources of the world’s leading professional services firm, Marsh (NYSE: MRSH). As our Financial Analyst on the Employee Health & Benefits team, you’ll work closely with client teams to evaluate benefit programs and their impact on overall business objectives. You will utilize financial analysis and modeling tools, participate in prospect and client retention meetings to present financial exhibits, and create and deploy detailed client reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Detail oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and high sense of urgency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to effectively build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, management, and peers
  • Proficiency in MS office
  • Proven ability to take an idea and transform it into a logical, physical, and scalable solution
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Ability to present confidently and effectively
  • Ability to effectively address client objections
  • Ability to drive growth with minimal guidance and direction
