About The Position

OTSI (Object Technology Solutions, Inc) has an immediate opening for a Financial Analyst 5. This is a senior-level role with 8-10 years of experience expected. The position involves master data cleanup and validation, supporting migration from current SAP systems to S/4HANA, and process mapping for finance workflows. The analyst will analyze and understand existing data structures and flows, collaborate closely with FP&A, revenue accounting, and cross-functional teams, and execute daily financial reporting tasks including P&L and variance analysis. Building and modifying dashboards and reports, preferably in Power BI, is also a key responsibility.

Requirements

• Strong SAP experience (ERP data structures, master data)
• Exposure to S/4HANA transition environments (experience helpful, not mandatory)
• Understanding of financial data flows and reporting systems (e.g., TM1/SACP transition exposure is a plus)
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Power BI advantageous)
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement across teams
• Ability to translate data into business insights
• Hands-on execution with strategic thinking capability
• Experience with financial reporting, P&L analysis, cost variance
• Understanding of core finance concepts (e.g., gross margin)
• Ability to interpret how reports are built, not just generate outputs
