POSITION OVERVIEW: The Manager, FP&A will report directly to the CFO and play a critical role in driving financial visibility, operational insights, and scalable reporting processes across the organization. This role will partner closely with functional leaders to analyze business performance, support strategic decision-making, and enhance forecasting and reporting capabilities within a fast-paced, private equity-backed manufacturing environment. This individual will help evolve the company’s financial planning and reporting infrastructure, improve business intelligence capabilities, and drive actionable insights through data analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools. The ideal candidate is analytical, highly collaborative, process-oriented, and excited to help build scalable finance processes to support the company’s continued growth.
