Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree program in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
  • Solid understanding of financial statements and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with numerical data
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with financial analysis software or tools (Tableau, Power BI, SQL)
  • Familiarity with financial databases or Bloomberg Terminal
  • Previous internship or work experience in finance or accounting
  • Knowledge of Python or other programming languages for data analysis
  • Certification or progress toward CFA, CPA, or similar credentials
  • Experience with financial forecasting or valuation models

Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarks
  • Assist in building and maintaining financial models using Excel and other analytical tools
  • Compile and organize financial data from multiple sources for reporting and analysis
  • Prepare presentations and reports summarizing financial findings and recommendations
  • Participate in month-end and quarter-end close processes
  • Support ad-hoc financial analysis projects as assigned by senior team members
  • Contribute ideas and insights during team meetings and financial planning sessions
