Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, accounting, or a closely related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience providing direct FP&A support to senior leaders (VP, SVP, or equivalent), including forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and strategic decision support
  • Proven ability to own an assigned scope end‑to‑end, balancing strategic insight with disciplined execution
  • Experience translating complex financial data into clear, executive‑level insights and recommendations
  • Strong partnership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across Finance, Accounting, and business functions

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of FP&A professionals responsible for planning, forecasting and driving execution of initiatives within corporate function expense budgets
  • Serve as the primary FP&A partner for executive leadership of corporate functions (e.g., Marketing, Legal, HR, Clinical, etc.)
  • Lead annual planning, forecasts, and variance analysis for supported areas
  • Translate business strategy into financial implications and scenarios
  • Identify risks and opportunities within supported functions and ensure execution of planned efficiency initiatives
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with senior business leaders
  • Ensure strong financial controls, documentation, and audit readiness
  • Partner closely with Accounting and other Controllership/FP&A functions
  • Drive process improvement, standardization, and scalability
  • Coach and develop FP&A talent to build skills in partnering effectively with business functions, improve analytical acumen and identify areas for cost efficiencies
