About The Position

Under general supervision and the direction of the assigned lead financial aid advisor, the incumbent provides support for Financial Aid and Scholarships students, parents/family supports, and staff. Provides information and assistance to students and parents, regarding federal, state, institutional and private scholarship and aid programs. Provides front-line support. Assists under the guidance of the lead financial aid advisors to maintain department in program development.

Requirements

  • Must have a background check completed satisfactorily.
  • Must sign a release form authorizing the release of information by the applicant's current and/or former employers to the CSU concerning any substantiated allegations of misconduct.
  • Must disclose whether they have received a final administrative decision or final judicial decision determining that they have committed sexual harassment within the last 7 years only after a determination is made that they meet the minimum qualifications for the position, and before an offer of employment is extended.
