Requirements
- Active Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 65) required
- Strong interest in building a long-term career as a financial advisor
- Coachable, motivated, and eager to learn from top performers
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Responsibilities
- Partner with a senior advisor on client preparation, meetings, and follow-ups
- Assist with financial planning strategies including investments, insurance, and retirement planning
- Support business development and practice management initiatives
- Participate in MassMutual training and professional development programs
