Requirements

• Must live or have lived in LOUISIANA.
• Must obtain Life Insurance License.
• Must complete background check.
• Must complete pre-training and technology setup.
• Must attend training sessions.
• Must have creative problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
• Must possess curiosity, coachability, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must have a passion for building relationships and a commitment to client success.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Desire to pursue the SIE, Series 7 Topper & Series 66.
• Already have the Life & Health License or SIE.
• Previous experience in a client-facing or sales role.
