About The Position

This position is with TruStage, located at Educational Systems Federal Credit Union in Greenbelt, MD. The Financial Advisor will work for TruStage and be associated with LPL Financial. This role supports the local community by helping credit union members in every stage of their financial life. The position offers the ability to service a book of business upon hire, build a strong client base through the credit union’s referral system, and access several branch territories with a significant deposit base. The advisor will have the opportunity to find new clients within the credit union’s member base, create client solutions without proprietary products, and grow their business with LPL’s tools, technology, and support. The role also benefits from LPL’s experience in helping financial institutions grow their investment programs and capitalizes on the credit union’s reputation and community standing.

Requirements

• Series 7 and 66 (63/65) required
• Insurance license required
• Three or more years of investment sales experience
