About The Position

Simple Staffing is hiring on behalf of Primerica Financial Services for an independent financial services agent position, also described as Representative/Advisor. This non-captive opportunity offers a scalable franchise-building path for producers. Agents have access to an established platform, support, and a portfolio of more than 200 products. Comprehensive training and licensing assistance are provided. Part-time and full-time opportunities are available, with compensation based entirely on commission.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to clear a background check.
• Must be located in the United States.
• Interest in sales, insurance, and entrepreneurship.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• No prior experience is required; comprehensive training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective clients through keyword searches and other channels.
• Provide personalized service by understanding clients’ financial needs and recommending suitable insurance products.

• Participate in daily mentorship and training sessions to develop skills and professional capabilities.
• Build an independent business and team of agents using the scalable, non-captive opportunity.
