About The Position

WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking experienced financial professionals in Southern Arizona for a confidential opportunity to transition their established client base to an independent platform with 100% portability. This role offers tailored client strategies, a team-override compensation layer on First-Year Commissions (FYC), and the chance to leverage expertise across diverse Southern Arizona markets. Spanish fluency is a strong advantage in the Santa Cruz County border market. The role operates on an open-architecture platform backed by Advanced Markets, Premium Finance, and ESI Illuminations (FMAX/Fidelity). Decisions are made within 14-21 days after legal review, with a typical contract-to-first-production timeline of 30-45 days. Requirements

• Active Arizona Life & Health insurance license.
• 3+ years of experience in financial consulting, financial services, or insurance — or an equivalent production track record demonstrating established client relationships.
• Established client relationships in Tucson or Southern Arizona (Foothills/Oro Valley/Marana, Green Valley/Sahuarita, Havasu/Kingman, or the border market).
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Clean or discussable U4/U5 compliance history; no binding non-solicitation, or a clear timeline for expiration.
• Ready to decide within 14–21 days after completing legal review of any restrictions with your counsel.
• Must pass a background check and fingerprinting as required by state insurance regulators and FINRA.

Nice To Haves

• SIE plus Series 6/7 and 63/66 registrations preferred.
• Spanish fluency is a strong advantage in the Santa Cruz County border market.
