About The Position

Beacon Bank is hiring a Financial Advisor to join its Investment Program in Worcester, Massachusetts. The advisor will help clients at every stage of their financial lives and grow their own client base and business through the bank’s referral system, existing client relationships, and community presence. The role offers several branch territories with significant deposit bases and clients seeking guidance toward their financial goals.

The advisor can develop client solutions without proprietary products and use LPL Financial’s tools, technology, and support. The partnership includes access to proprietary technology, customized services, an open-architecture platform with thousands of investment products from third-party sponsors, and firm-wide resources and expertise. Employment is with Beacon Bank, not LPL Financial; LPL Financial holds the advisor’s securities and insurance licenses in accordance with regulatory requirements. The position offers a stated pay range of $100,000–$150,000 and is eligible for sales incentive compensation.

Requirements

• Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 and 65) licenses are required.
• An insurance license is required.
• Three or more years of investment sales experience are required.

• Build and grow a client base using Beacon Bank’s referral system and existing client relationships.
• Help clients at every stage of their financial lives and support their financial goals.
• Create financial solutions specific to clients’ goals, using available investment products and resources.
• Develop the advisor’s business with support from Beacon Bank and LPL Financial.
