About The Position

This is a 13-week intensive apprenticeship program designed to transform individuals into successful financial advisors. The program combines proven methodologies, hands-on coaching, and real-world application, led by industry-leading experts. The training includes both in-person and online components, with a requirement to be located in Louisiana. The program aims to provide a clear path for career success within a growth-minded culture.

Requirements

• Must live or have lived in LOUISIANA.
• Must have or obtain a Life Insurance License.
• Must be able to attend in-person training in Metairie, LA, or participate in hybrid training if located outside Metairie but within LA.
• Creative problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
• Curiosity, coachability, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous experience in a client-facing role.
• A passion for building relationships and a commitment to client success.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Already possess the Life & Health License or SIE.

Responsibilities

• Complete online training for the Life Insurance License.
• Undergo background checks.
• Participate in pre-training and technology setup.
• Attend Week 1 training sessions (24 hours over 3 days) at Marriott, Metairie.
• Complete 4-10 hours of training per week for Weeks 2-13 on varying days.
• Pursue SIE, Series 7 Topper & Series 66 licenses.
• Build relationships and commit to client success.
• Engage in creative problem-solving with a proactive mindset.
• Utilize curiosity and a problem-solving mindset.
• Leverage strong interpersonal and communication skills.
