About The Position

This is a 13-week apprenticeship program designed to transform individuals into successful financial advisors. The program combines proven methodologies, hands-on coaching, and real-world application, led by industry experts. It includes licensing support and a clear path for career success within a growth-minded culture.

Requirements

• Must live or have lived in LOUISIANA.
• Obtain Life Insurance License (Kaplan Training provided).
• Complete background check / Pre-Training / Technology Set Up.
• Attend training sessions (Week 1: 24 hours over 3 days; Weeks 2-13: 4-10 hours/week).
• Creative problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
• Curiosity, coachability, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous experience in a client-facing role.
• A passion for building relationships and a commitment to client success.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Already have the Life & Health License or SIE.

Responsibilities

• Obtain Life Insurance License.
• Complete background check and technology setup.
• Participate in intensive training covering various aspects of financial advisory.
• Pursue SIE, Series 7 Topper & Series 66 licenses.
• Build relationships and commit to client success.
