Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

  • Ability to work effectively in both team and autonomous environments.
  • Minimum of 2 years of previous experience or relevant industry experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Current Securities or Life License (LLQP).
  • Located in Terrace, BC and looking to work in On-Site as required.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently and accurately prepare client files for Investment Advisors.
  • Generate external reports (e.g., Morningstar and CapIntel) required for Investment Advisors' client meetings.
  • Process client account updates and changes under the guidance of Investment Advisors.
  • Provide administrative support for Insurance sales activities.
  • Manage reoccurring client service items, such as annual and monthly tasks.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Enhance the client experience by engaging in clear and professional communication with clients, assisting in appointment bookings, processing documentation, and following up on outstanding matters.
  • Actively participate in Departmental Meetings and General Staff Meetings.
  • Engage in daily 1:1 sessions with the department manager.
  • Adhere to corporate policies and procedures.
  • Undertake other duties as assigned.
