About The Position

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
5+ years of experience in a financial accounting or finance specialist role
Strong understanding of general accounting principles
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (and PowerPoint)
Excellent analytical, organizational, and time‑management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams

Nice To Haves

Experience with SAP and ARIBA (strong asset)
Familiarity with purchasing and procurement processes

Responsibilities

Be an active contributor to month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end financial close, including intercompany, inventory, and COGS reconciliations
Prepare and analyze monthly balance sheet account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business operations
Own the intercompany accounting and reconciliation process, including high‑volume transactional activity
Post and reconcile bank transactions in SAP
Act as a central support resource within ARIBA, partnering with internal stakeholders to
Create purchase requisitions and investment orders
Ensure goods and services are properly received (GR/IR)
Facilitate accurate and timely invoice posting
Support accounts receivable and accounts payable activities
Assist with purchasing processes, including vendor sourcing and policy compliance
Contribute to ad hoc finance projects and process improvements as needed
