About The Position

The Finance Transformation Analyst Intern will support Finance Transformation initiatives across the Americas region from Nissan’s Franklin, Tennessee location. During a 12-week summer program, the intern will gain hands-on experience building data-driven solutions, supporting AI integration efforts, and contributing to change management activities that improve the delivery of finance processes and insights. The intern will work alongside finance and transformation professionals to support innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Economics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Entering junior or senior year at the start of the upcoming academic term.
• Strong financial and analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data and identify business insights.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Learning agility and a strong interest in digital transformation, data analytics, and AI technologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other business productivity tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• GPA of 3.0 or above; candidates must provide an official or unofficial transcript during the application process for verification.
• Ability to perform work onsite in Franklin, Tennessee.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States and able to provide proof of employment eligibility at hire.
• Must successfully complete drug and background screenings in accordance with Nissan policies and applicable law.

Responsibilities

• Support Global Business Services (GBS) KPI management and performance reporting initiatives.
• Assist with Reporting-as-a-Service (RaaS) projects and finance transformation activities.
• Perform financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and process improvement recommendations.
• Support the development and enhancement of data platforms, reporting solutions, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support change management and transformation initiatives.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and business insights for finance leadership and project teams.
