Emerson has a Finance Support 3 role available at their Rosemount Specialty Products location in East Wenatchee, WA. This role reports to the Senior Finance Analyst and offers the chance to work on a smaller team supporting one of Emerson's manufacturing businesses while also interacting regularly with a larger corporate team. Requirements

2 - 4 years of related experience in accounting or finance is required
Associates degree in accounting, business or finance is required
Work authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future
Individuals with temporary visas such as E, F-1 (including those with OPT or CPT), H-1, H-2, L-1, B, J or TN, or who need sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, are not eligible for hire.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business or Finance is preferred

Responsibilities

Responsible for computer inputs, run scheduling, review of output and distribution of accounting data.
Research, track, and resolve accounting problems or errors.
Prepare reports, worksheets, or audit schedules necessary for internal and external use.
Work on special projects and handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality using independent judgement with a high degree of accountability.
Provide input and test data for system design and development
Investigate discrepancies in actual expenses vs. budget.
Reconcile subsidiary ledgers to general ledger and/or reconcile ledger accounts.
Gather data and prepare 1099’s.
