This is a temporary full-time position for a Support Worker 3, specifically for Awake-Nights shifts. The role involves working with children and youth in an out-of-home emergency/urgency stabilization setting. The Support Worker will collaborate with teams to implement care plans that support participants' involvement in person-centred programs, promoting their educational, behavioural, developmental, psychological, and emotional growth. A key aspect of the role is creating and maintaining a safe, secure, and supportive environment by developing therapeutic relationships that address the diverse needs of youth.
