About The Position

The Operations, Supply Chain & Quality (OSCQ) Finance Strategy team has an opening for an M4 manager. This highly visible role works to support financial priorities across the business that enable financial growth commitments and production throughput ramps, analyze and quantify investment strategies, and engage across and up the organization to execute on strategic initiatives. This role also will work very closely with the newly created Capacity Growth Office (CGO) in ensuring the financial, capacity and strategic needs of our programs are met. This position is currently designated as fully remote. However, the successful candidate will be required to work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. Territories).

Requirements

  • A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
  • Experience using SAP, APEX, or similar system
  • Experience with MS Office tools, especially Excel
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data analysis and financial modelling aligned to the priorities of the team – including production capacity evaluations, supply chain performance trends, and business case return-on-investment (ROI) preparation
  • Investment analysis and prioritization including make/buy/where analysis, facility and equipment capital projects, supplier incentives and second sourcing initiatives, and long-lead material buys
  • Facilitate cross-program and CGO investment tracking to ensure we have a comprehensive view of Raytheon’s investment needs
  • Partner across Raytheon organization to support long term strategies that will help drive the development of our annual strategic financial plan
  • Prepare executive level leadership presentations that focus on key insights, takeaways, decision points, risk & opportunity tolerance, and variance analysis
  • Capital project and perpetual AR tracking to ensure we are well positioned to increase production on our key products
  • Lead recurring reviews with OSQ financial leadership to keep them informed on risks and growth initiatives
  • Engaging across the organization to execute ad-hoc strategic initiatives
