Treasury Finance III
About The Position
CorVel Corporation, a leading provider of health management and billing technology, is seeking to add a finance specialist for our Treasury Finance group. We are seeking a highly organized, process-driven, energetic individual to join the team. This role is responsible for the management of customer escrow replenishment invoicing and the generation of payment reporting data out of the claims system. This position manages the reconciliation of claim data to client-specific ledgers of our 800+ customers to ensure replenishment requested matches payments issued from the claims system. This is a hybrid position.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production accounting environment with daily deadlines
- A natural multi-tasker along with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Excel, Word, & Outlook

- Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
Responsibilities
- Review and assist with the management of 800+ bank accounts/customers
- Responsible for tracking and managing daily transactions
- Matching claims system data to banking financials by preparing claims reporting/invoicing to send to customer contacts
- Work closely with customers and carriers
- Providing customer service by researching and responding to customer requests and inquiries
- Additional duties as assigned
