About The Position

This internship focuses on supporting treasury, insurance, and related administrative activities within the Finance & Treasury department. The intern will play a key role in maintaining project documentation, assisting with meeting coordination, data validation, financial reporting support, and contributing to special projects and process improvement initiatives. The role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational and communication skills, pursuing a relevant Bachelor's degree.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills, including data entry, simple formulas, and spreadsheet organization.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with financial data.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Eager to learn, take initiative, and handle confidential information professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Support treasury, insurance, and related administrative activities.
  • Maintain project trackers, action item logs, schedules, and documentation.
  • Assist with meeting coordination, preparation of materials, and follow-up tracking.
  • Review and validate data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Support financial reporting, reconciliations, and data analysis activities.
  • Organize and maintain electronic records and documentation.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather information and follow up on outstanding items.
  • Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Perform other administrative and analytical tasks as assigned.
