About The Position

The Product Support SSBU within Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS) has an opening for a Finance Sr. Supervisor (M3) within our International Patriot business area. Product Support Global Patriot is a key partner in providing sustainment and aftermarket solutions to the prime Global Patriot program team. The position is an integral part of the business area team with direct reports and a business base that is intra-business unit facing. The candidate will work closely with program managers, business growth lead(s) and all functional groups including SCM. This managerial position includes leading and executing program controls, baseline development, Estimate at Complete (EACs), Submit Gates, internal customer negotiations, and financial planning requirements including AOP, Long Range Plan and R&O administration. The program finance lead will also ensure the team adheres to all internal and IOT policies. This role is being offered in a hybrid capacity (onsite and remote) with onsite work expected in Andover, MA. The preferred candidate will be located within a commutable distance to MA. Relocation assistance is not being offered.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field & a minimum of 5 years finance work experience; OR an Advanced degree and 3 years finance work experience
  • Experience with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Program costs and/or schedules
  • Experience with Raytheon business systems APEX, RPlan, PRISM, EDIT+ and/or other related program execution tools
  • Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and/or variance analysis
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements

Responsibilities

  • Cost/Schedule baseline integration and maintenance, variance analysis and reporting, Risk and Opportunity management, Estimate at Completion preparation & policy compliance, Forecasting, Long Range Planning; while partnering with Program Managers, CAM’s/IPTLs, Material Program Managers to influence decisions and provide personal involvement in the effective implementation of contracts.
  • This position will have multiple direct reports
  • You must be comfortable working closely with Finance Management, Program Management, and functional organizations
  • You will be an excellent communicator with a desire to learn and be challenged, the ability to work on a variety of tasks with little direction, and the ability to interact with a variety of levels of the organization
