About The Position

The Finance Discovery Rotation Program is designed for soon-to-be graduates who want more than just an entry-level job. This is your chance to explore corporate finance at a Fortune 100 company through dynamic, hands-on rotations in: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Credit Accounting. Each rotation typically lasts three months, giving you real exposure, real projects, and real impact—so you can discover what excites you most while building a strong foundation for your future. Gain diverse, resume-building experience across key finance functions. Work directly with leaders who will help guide your growth and development. During the program you'll work closely with leaders to determine if there is a full-time role that aligns with your strengths, interests, and performance. Most participants who transition into full-time roles go on to earn an average starting salary of $55,000 annually in their selected position. Spots are limited—this is a competitive program—so if you’re ready to explore, learn, and launch your finance career, we encourage you to apply! This role is part of a structured Discovery Representative Program, designed to provide early career professionals with hands on experience through rotational assignments across the business. The program typically lasts between 3 and 9 months, during which participants will be evaluated based on their performance, engagement, and adherence to TD SYNNEX expectations during each rotation. Participation in the Discovery Representative Program does not guarantee an offer of, or placement into, a permanent position with TD SYNNEX. At the conclusion of the program—or at any point during the program—participants may be released from the program based on performance outcomes, business needs, or failure to meet TD SYNNEX policies or procedures.
