About The Position

The Huntsman Finance Rotational Analyst is a dynamic and challenging 2–3 year professional development program for recent graduates or new career professionals. The intent is to develop potential future leaders of the finance organization. Program associates will receive hands-on experience and enhanced learning opportunities in a work setting at our Headquarters located in The Woodlands. This is a full-time permanent position with Huntsman and is benefit eligible.

Requirements

An unrestricted right to work for Huntsman in the United States
MBA or Master’s Degree with a minimum of 12 hours of Accounting, or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting with 2+ years of related experience
Strategic and analytical thinking
Willingness to resolve issues and problems in a timely manner
Resourceful self-starter with the commitment and drive to meet or exceed high standards and objectives
Strong and open communication skills with team members and diverse audiences
Ability to develop rapport and credibility across the organization and present ideas persuasively
Ability to adapt and work in a dynamic, collaborative environment
Strong computer skills using Excel and PowerPoint

Nice To Haves

Financial certification such as CPA or CMA, or working toward certification

Responsibilities

Rotate every 6–9 months into different departments and/or divisions within the program
Work across departments including Financial Planning & Analysis, Internal Audit, Accounting, Consolidation, and Divisional Performance Management
Gain exposure to and mentorship from senior leaders within Huntsman’s Finance organization
Present to senior leaders across departments at the end of each rotation
Participate in regular feedback sessions with rotation managers to maximize performance and growth opportunities
Upon successful completion of the program, transition into a full-time position within Huntsman
