About The Position

Accenture is seeking a commercially sharp, experienced Finance practitioner to lead Finance Reinvention for Fortune 500 clients. This senior, client-facing role combines finance and accounting domain expertise with fluency in AI, agentic technologies, and modern ERP ecosystems. The role leads opportunities from origination through closing and delivery, and builds lasting relationships with CFOs, CAOs, and other Finance leaders. The position leads finance and accounting sales and practice activities across the deal lifecycle, advises senior client leaders, and designs AI-first finance solutions with clear value outcomes. It also shapes commercial proposals for large-scale managed services deals, provides deep expertise in at least one finance tower—PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A—and contributes thought leadership on Finance Reinvention and the future of the Finance function. Travel of up to 30% domestically and internationally may be required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
At least 10 years of experience in large-scale F&A transformation, consulting, or BPO, including a clear sales or revenue component.
At least 5 years of deep domain experience in PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A.

Nice To Haves

CPA certification.
Previous external consulting experience.
A proven record of leading and closing large Finance consulting or managed services deals.
Demonstrated AI fluency, including the ability to design and articulate AI-first operating models.
Hands-on experience deploying agentic AI, GenAI, or intelligent automation in a Finance context.
Deep familiarity with leading ERP and F&A platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, and Coupa.
Industry expertise in Consumer Goods, Industrials, or Financial Services.
Experience structuring and winning F&A managed services contracts.

Responsibilities

Own the full F&A deal lifecycle, from pursuit and origination through solution shaping, oral presentations, workshops, co-design, and project execution for global enterprise clients.
Build and maintain trusted-advisor relationships with CFOs, CAOs, and Finance leadership, influencing strategy and generating new opportunities.
Design AI-first Finance solutions using agentic AI, intelligent automation, and emerging ERP and ecosystem technologies, with value outcomes central to solution design.
Translate complex transformation programs into commercially clear value propositions that build CFO confidence and help close large-scale managed services deals.
Provide recognized expertise in at least one F&A tower (PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A), leading process re-engineering, digital transformation, and AI integration in that domain.
Contribute market-facing thought leadership on Finance Reinvention, AI in F&A, and the future of the Finance function, and represent the firm at industry forums.
