About The Position

The MT Transcend program is a multi-year global business transformation initiative aimed at modernizing end-to-end Supply Chain digital capabilities. This involves harmonizing over 40 ERP systems, standardizing core business processes, and enabling an integrated data strategy through SAP S/4 HANA. While EMEA has already deployed the Order-To-Cash (OTC) process using a Global Template design, North America is now commencing its transformation journey, leveraging the foundations established by EMEA to enhance customer engagement and supply chain reliability. It is crucial for the Commercial, Supply Chain, Deliver, and Finance teams to collaborate effectively and prepare in parallel to ensure the S/4 HANA platform is utilized in an integrated manner from its go-live date. This role requires a strong personal motivation to advance healthcare and Finance processes through transformation, supported by self-learning and experience in Finance, Compliance, and ERP systems, particularly as they relate to MedTech. The ideal candidate will be proactive in driving change, even amidst ambiguity and resistance, and will serve as a key team member, leading by example and inspiring others to achieve program goals in collaboration with the program team and the North America Business Unit deployment.
