About The Position

The Truist Analyst Program is an immersive, year-long program designed to build a pipeline of agile learners and transformational thinkers. Participants will rotate through specific areas of the bank, engage in a custom curriculum to deepen financial services acumen, and develop mission-critical skills in strategy, innovation, data analysis, and project management. This program offers real work experience, customized learning, and interactions with leadership, fast-tracking participants for impact. The Finance track focuses on building skills in financial analysis, business communication, forecasting, and strategic thinking, providing a behind-the-scenes view of how a large company makes business decisions and measures success. Rotational opportunities are available within the Financial Management organization, including teams such as Accounting, Reporting and Tax, Corporate Treasury, Enterprise Finance, Enterprise Change & Controls, and Enterprise Corporate Services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree required with a graduation date of May 2026 - June 2027
  • 3.0+ GPA
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong initiative and personal accountability
  • Demonstrated leadership through on campus and/or community involvement and/or work experience
  • Enthusiasm for a career in financial services
  • General knowledge of the financial services industry
  • Willingness to travel
  • Ability to be based in Charlotte, NC for the duration of the program and be hired into one of Truist’s Finance Hub locations upon placement after graduation.

Responsibilities

  • Complete all prescribed training satisfactorily prior to the end of the program into appropriate center assignment.
  • Complete any additional training as recommended by the manager, either during or after the program.
  • Participate in business rotations, working on projects and other business-as-usual activities that allows for the practical application of concepts and behaviors referenced in training and demonstrate results in line with rotational managers’ expectations.
  • Perform special projects or assignments outside of the formalized training program, as may be assigned.
