About The Position

The PPG Financial Leadership Development (FLD) Program is a highly selective, premier rotational program designed to develop the next generation of finance leaders at PPG. For more than 40 years, the program has served as a proven pipeline for top talent, providing participants with the experiences, training, and mentorship needed to build successful careers across the organization. As an FLD participant, you will gain broad exposure to PPG's global business through a series of rotational assignments across key finance and accounting functions. These opportunities may include experiences within manufacturing operations, Strategic Business Units, and corporate finance, allowing you to develop a well-rounded understanding of how finance drives business performance. During your first year, you will participate in a structured onboarding and development experience designed to accelerate your growth and help you build a strong foundation in finance at PPG. In addition to meaningful, hands-on responsibilities, you will receive a combination of technical training, leadership development, and professional skills coaching to strengthen your business acumen and prepare you for future leadership opportunities. Following your initial rotation, you will work closely with experienced finance leaders and program mentors to identify future assignments aligned with your interests, strengths, and career goals. Subsequent rotations, typically lasting around 24 months, provide increasing levels of responsibility and exposure to different areas of the business, helping you continue to expand your skills, network, and impact across the organization. The FLD Program offers more than just a job. It is an opportunity to launch your career, gain diverse experiences, and develop the leadership capabilities needed to shape the future of finance at PPG.
