This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys using data, analysis, and partnership to support meaningful work in academic medicine. The Finance Program Manager will serve as the primary financial reporting and analysis resource for the Division of Transplant Medicine, the first division of its kind in the United States, while also providing financial reporting and analytical support for the Division of Hospital Medicine. In this role, the successful candidate will help translate complex financial and operational information into clear, actionable insights that support clinical operations, faculty planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic decision-making. The position offers broad exposure to financial reporting, provider productivity, clinical revenue, business case development, and process improvement in a dynamic, mission-driven environment. Day to day, this individual will build and maintain financial models, monitor key performance trends, partner with division and department leaders, and identify opportunities to strengthen reporting workflows, improve revenue capture, and support responsible stewardship of divisional resources. For someone who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and interested in making a visible impact, this role provides the opportunity to contribute directly to the growth and success of an innovative clinical and academic enterprise.
