About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Program Manager to join our team. This role requires strong project management skills, the ability to lead cross-functional collaboration, and a talent for supporting multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, creative with visualization tools, and adept at building trusted relationships across teams to drive outcomes. This position involves working across multiple time zones, with the primary timezone being CA.

Requirements

• Project management experience is a must.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely and write executive summaries.
• Ability to support multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to work and pivot as needed, with speed, in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented & creative with visualization tools (Gslides, etc.).
• Experience with GSheets, smartsheet, and various other tools to support project management.
• Ability to build trusted relationships across functional teams to achieve the shared goal.
• Quickly learns in different domains and ramps up expertise in new areas.
• Work across multiple timezones (main timezone is CA).
• 3-5 years project management experience.
• Experience supporting finance and technology teams and projects.
• Knowledge of smartsheet functionality.
• Exceptional communication, change management, and presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization.

Nice To Haves

• Contract Management or Billing experience is a plus.
