This role involves supporting a $200-250M program with duties including contract accounting and reporting, project schedule management, tracking annual fiscal plans and monthly updates, contract funding, and purchasing administration. The position is responsible for supporting program business and functional operations, which may include identifying and facilitating resolution of operational issues and acting as a liaison between technical and functional areas. Experience with migrating budget/forecasting processes from legacy spreadsheet-based tools to robust COTS applications is desired. The role also includes troubleshooting accounting and invoicing issues, receiving/reviewing Government contract modifications and analyzing for errors, supporting program financial planning and monitoring, maintaining contract budgets, preparing contract-billing, and estimating costs for materials, equipment, software, and hardware purchases. Additionally, responsibilities include reviewing WAWF invoicing for accuracy, completing and submitting monthly contract deliverables (including eCRAFT), performing quality control checks on costs and timecards, compiling financial estimates, using forecasting techniques to evaluate contract/program status and ensure compliance, monitoring program progress against plans, performing financial/administrative reporting, conducting financial analysis (variance, risk, profit/loss), and managing subcontractor funding & invoice approval.
